The pool area was lovely, offering great
spots to relax, though it got crowded at times. The animation from Ms. Olga was entertaining, but I wish there were more diverse evening shows for adults. Our room had a stunning view that added to our experience.

The games area was a hit with my adult children, and we all enjoyed the low-key activities like morning workouts and the kids' mini-disco. One standout moment was relaxing in the beautiful spa area with its amazing Dead Sea pool. We had a lovely stay together.
My kids wished for better child bed options.

The location of Bull Escorial is great, with many amenities close by. I enjoyed the variety of food options available at meal times. the themed nights were a nice touch. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping keeping it tip-top. I faced some issues with the bed arrangements. My twin room was set up poorly with two single beds pushed together and an extra single at the bottom, making it hard to move. The entertainment options left a lot to be desired. The children's entertainment was good, but the adult shows were lacking, and finding seating for evening events was a challenge. I also noticed the snack bar closed too early at 3 PM. Although the pool area was large and well-kept, there were lots of reserved sunbeds, making it hard to find one during busy times. The spa facilities were good, and I enjoyed the various pools, but the extra charges for towels left a sour taste.

The in-room air conditioning couldn't handle the heat, making for an uncomfortable stay!!! The entertainment options felt lacking, leaving guests searching for fun activities!!! respect for dining etiquette needs improvement!!!

Just a good match for a couple of nights in Playa del Ingles with best value for money ratio. The saltwater pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring, making me feel completely relaxed. Make sure to check out the evening shows for some light entertainment.
